MAINTENANCE
Scheduled Periodic inspection and Testing
Our maintenance service begins with a thorough inspection and analysis of your system's performance. We document the process with great detail, make adjustments where needed and report everything to you.
The most common problems we find are components that need adjustments in settings or calibration. Devices like, Cable boxes, remote controls, TVs, Wi-Fi, routers, modems etc. that are performing poorly or not at all. This commonly occurs because of firmware updates, user mistakes, wear and tear or just the fact that a critical component needs to be repaired. We offer three hour or six hour scheduled services in the home to extensively test, calibrate and adjust the systems in your residence. We take the time to go through everything that is important from the network through to the last TV or speaker in the home. We actually experience every aspect of the systems you have in your home with an expert’s eyes and ears identifying problems and correcting where needed as well as documenting everything in great detail. If components are found to need service, we will remove and locate expert service for your equipment and return with it in working condition for reinstallation on a subsequent visit. The fees for this service are reasonable when compared to the usual approach of “come and fix one problem at a time” with a big bill attached.
MONITORING
Remote Monitoring of Complicated Systems
Maintain utilizes a sophisticated system to continually monitor the status of all the devices in your home that utilize common ethernet communication protocol. We do this by providing a network appliance that lives in your home and communicates back to our offices without any privacy or security risk to the home owner. Monthly reports are sent to participants that inform them of their internet service performance, the number of devices that have been accessing your network, and the quality of each devices connection. This program includes hardware, installation, and service and is billed at a reasonable monthly rate. We also offer bundles which save you money on our other two services. This allows us to offer a comprehensive well rounded package.
MANAGEMENT
Through our sophisticated on site monitoring devices we can remotely take care of many aspects of managing the technology in your home.
By continually delivering scheduled on-site visits to keep the system healthy we can ensure you are getting the best possible return from your electronics. We also provide status reports and document everything that happens to your equipment in your home. We help you make decisions related to technology and related service providers. We provide expert design, documentation and references when you are considering purchases, repair services or upgrading your technologies. With decades of experience and extensive knowledge of the industry we are not influenced by profit margins or motivated to see you buy specific products or replace devices needlessly.
